my fun...

i love painting, mostly bright colors as you have noticed...

never did post up these two... to match my valve cover, and soon roll cage (yeah im going green fuck it, my whole interior is black and white... the exterior is gray and will STAY gray, it looks life a friggin dalmatian... and i don't want my car to look like a cookie cutter 240sx like the rest white/black interior... black cage hell no, and blue fuck it way to many cusco blue out there... it's going lime green...

my ibook, gift from a close friend, ended up painting it... can't wait to get it wireless and a new battery and some extra memory it will be my perfect companion everywhere... besides my cameras...





and my old and trusty headunit... i damaged the plastic a bit but ou well, came out better than the real dirty gray it was before...

small update on my life, im almost done with the wiring... maybe bout 80% done but the small stuff is left and it's no big i can try and finish it in one day hopefully...

ordered my new steering wheel ive been searching for... exactly the one i wanted thanks to kingston240 on zilvia i got it...

intercooler cold pipe and intake pipe still haven't arrive, im desperate to see what pipingpro offers... and i still have to get the coupler for the coldpipe-throttle

only thing left are the aerocatch latches for the hood/trunk, yeah im removing all the stock latches and crap... i got tired of it... locking latches all the way, let' see how they work out...

almost done with this stage of the car, so i can daily it till i order coils and new wheels...



going back to college soon, this month will be a busy month, have to take papers for the new college, credit transcriptions blah blah blah, find a apartment on the north side... perfect i now officially live all around the whole friggin island, i live in the south, hang out on the west and going to study/live at the north and last but not least im was invited to start drifting again near fajardo, east...


last but not least IM GETTING A NEW DSLR WUJUUU i know i need coils but i want a camera first, and get new batteries for my point and shoot...

what ive been up to the last few days...

i also ended up cutting out a bit of the frame so the wire sit flush since ALL wires are coming out this side of the car and NONE on the other... less chances of rubbing when i do get low someday...




btw if you are reading this BH, remember the logo shit we talked about? i think i found something to make my "own" bh logo... i just saw a logo and said THATS IT... might make a few stickers of it with the stickers im making for my blogs...

wiring harness... Part 2

i cleaned out ALL the interior wiring that goes from the interior fuse box to the rear of the car... all that i need to finish are the ones that come from the roof to that harness and it's all done...

ahhhh no more wires beside the seat... they are inside the frame

all i left out was the one going to the center console, it goes under the seat not very visible, groung point from under the seat moved there... doesn't bother at all and i like it, i don't know i kinda like the view of a view wires still running in the interior all organized...




the rest is hidden inside the fenders and also a few shots of where i put the ground points inside the rear fender... all the rest is where it went stock on top of the tail lights and same thing on the other side, wires inside the fender...

(inside the fender where the seatbelt goes... expanded the hole a bit and everything passed easily...)

wiring harness second try, part 1

well, let's see what ive been up to latetly, still no quality camera so stil shitty phone pics...

ive been tackling the wiring harness again, but this time... i removed the whole damm car's wiring, im talking everything and removed everything ive could remove or shorten...


main EFI harness cleaned out, removed shit load of plugs and wires, could remove more but left them just in case... i wrap it up better after the picture...




lower engine harness all cleaned out, just left one unknown plug and a few tranny plugs i don't use but just in case again i left them who knows...






NOW FOR THE HEADACHE...

this is the wiring for BOTH exterior fuse and relay boxes and headlight wiring and all that in the engine bay...

no more mess, and when everything is in the car it will look cleaner, trust me wait till i take pictures of how it looks...

starting over again...

i ran into a few electrical problems... so knowing i was just gonna do this sooner or later im taking out ALL of the cars wiring and eliminating anything i can, i finished up the EFI harness today eliminated a bunch of wiring and plugs as always wiring leading to nowhere, look better now... took out the lower engine harness and also plugs and wire leading to nowhere but cleaned that up nicely.

i have to redo the maf wiring but it's been working for years the way it is with no problems (knock on wood) so im gonna hold out on that a little while...

took out all the "alarm" wires that the previous owner just did a hack job, put everything back to stock form =) yay, no more problems...

tomorrow on to the interior harness and some dash wiring, and after that checking my relocation of the fuse box and then relocating the relay box and fixing my mistakes... eliminating anything that i don't use as always and fixing broken wires and stuff...

let's see what comes from this project... i'm thinking another headache...
